Sintered diamond saw blade: It is made of cold pressing sintering and hot pressing sintering.
Welded diamond saw blade: high-frequency welding, laser welding and brazing,
High frequency welding is used to weld the cutter head and the substrate together through high temperature melting medium.
Laser welding uses high temperature laser beam to melt the contact edge between the cutter head and the substrate to form metallurgical bonding.
Brazing is to use the flame spraying method (oxygen acetylene torch) to coat the brazing alloy (72% Ni, 14.4% Cr, 3.5% Fe, 3.5% Si, 3.35% B, 0.5% O2) on the tool steel substrate, arrange the diamonds (not coated) on the solder layer, and then conduct induction brazing at 1080 ℃ under argon protection for 30 seconds to achieve the bonding of diamonds and steel substrate.
Electroplated diamond saw blade: the blade powder is attached to the substrate by electroplating.
The structural strength of the three kinds of diamond cutting discs decreases in turn, and the service life is the same. Although sintered saw blades have a long service life and brazed electroplated saw blades generally have a short service life, they are also more sharp.
