Chip punching effect: when the coolant rushes towards the notch with a certain pressure (generally the hydraulic pressure is greater than 0.1MPa), a large amount of material chips will be taken away, which is very beneficial to reduce the secondary wear of the chip diamond cutter head and the matrix. another
Lubrication: if emulsion coolant is used, the hydrophilic and lipophilic properties of the emulsifier can make the saw blade surface and rock surface adhere to a layer of lubricating oil film, which can reduce the friction coefficient during sawing, thereby reducing cutting resistance and vibration.
Dust reduction effect: it can effectively reduce dust splash, avoid pneumoconiosis caused by human inhalation of dust, which is beneficial to the health of workers, reduce air pollution, and is conducive to environmental protection.
Generally, cooling water is used as the coolant, and an appropriate amount of antirust agent can also be added to the cooling water, as well as emulsions (such hydrophilic and lipophilic emulsifiers as saponified dissolved oil and archaeol oil)
